Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate. One account can be used both to look for work and to post jobs as an employer.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Keep your profile information accurate and up to date — employers and candidates rely on it to make real decisions. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Baqboq is a platform that helps candidates and employers find each other. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any job application, interview, offer, or employment relationship. We don't employ candidates, and we're not responsible for the conduct of employers or candidates on or off the platform, including the accuracy of job listings or profiles, working conditions, or payment of wages.

If something feels wrong — a job listing that seems fake, or a person misrepresenting themselves — please report it so we can look into it.

You're responsible for the accuracy of everything you post on Baqboq — your profile, job listings, photos, videos, and any other content. By posting content, you give Baqboq permission to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace (for example, showing your profile to employers, or your job listing to candidates). You confirm you have the right to post whatever you upload, including photos and videos.

You agree not to:

• Post fake job listings or fake profiles
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or business
• Harass, discriminate against, or threaten another user
• Use Baqboq to collect people's contact information for unrelated purposes
• Scrape, copy, or reuse Baqboq's data without permission
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's normal operation
• Use the platform for anything illegal under Jordanian law

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Baqboq is currently free to use for both candidates and employers. If this changes in the future, we'll give you clear notice before any fees apply to your use of the platform.

You can stop using Baqboq and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to other users.

Baqboq is provided "as is." We work to keep the platform reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular candidate or employer information is complete or accurate. You use Baqboq at your own discretion, and we encourage sensible precautions when meeting or corresponding with people you connect with through the platform (for example, verifying a business in person before treating a listing as fully trustworthy).

To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law, Baqboq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes, losses, or harm arising from interactions with other users or employers found through Baqboq.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jordan.

We may update these terms as Baqboq grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use Baqboq after a change means you accept the updated terms.
