Jordan's minimum wage is 290 JOD and is fixed until the end of 2027. Plenty of reception ads offer exactly that, so entry-level usually starts at the floor.
Days per week. Six is standard. One Khalda salon offered 500 JOD for a four-day week — fewer days shows up in the pay.
Where you work. Clinic and shop reception starts near minimum wage. Hotels and corporate offices pay more.
Extra duties. Several ads wanted reception plus reservations, or reception plus social media. Those sat in the upper half of the range.
